2025年3月ナンヤン理工学院研修生を受入れました！
シンガポール・ナンヤン理工学院の学生達が来学しました
Students from Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore visited our university
2025年3月1日（土）から3月9日（日）の９日間、シンガポールの交流協定校であるナンヤン理工学院の研修生１２名（看護１１名、ソーシャルワーク１名）と引率教員2名が来学しました。
3月１日（土）に日本に到着し、3月２日（日）は本学の学生と東京観光を楽しみました。
11 nursing students, 1 social work student and 2 Nursing faculty members from Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), a partner institution in Singapore visited our university for nine days from March 1st (Sat) to March 9th (Sun), 2025.
They arrived in Japan on Saturday, March 1st, and enjoyed a day of sightseeing in Tokyo with their host TUS students on Sunday, March 2nd.
3月3日（月）
プログラムの開始です。最初にオリエンテーションを行いました。
冲永副学長や大西看護学科長の挨拶の後、NYPの参加学生の自己紹介、本学の紹介プレゼンテーションを行いました。
March 3rd, the training programs started. First of all, We held orientation.
After opening remarks by Vice President Dr. Okinaga and Dean of the Department of Nursing Dr. Onishi, the NYP students introduced themselves.
Then We gave a presentation introducing our university.
その後、本学のキャンパスツアーを実施しました。
After that, the students were given a tour of our University's campus.
各学部の演習室や実習室などを見学しました。
The campus tour included a visit to each faculty's seminar rooms, practice rooms of each faculties and another.
母性看護実習室では、妊婦体験着をつけ、妊婦さんを体験しました。
In the maternal nursing practice room, they wore a pregnancy suit and experienced how pregnant women feel.
Afterwards, they attended lectures in nursing.
3月4日（火）
本日の午前中も学内での講義です。「精神看護学」「介護保険制度」「地域包括支援制度」について学びました。シンガポールと日本の看護分野における課題は非常に似ているとの声が挙がっていました。
また、学生による地域活動の発表も行われました。
当日はとても寒かったため、授業の合間に雪が降り始めました。シンガポールは、年間を通して温暖な気候のため、研修生は珍しそうに雪を撮影していました。中には、初めて雪を見る研修生もいたようです。
This morning, they also attended lectures on campus. They studied topics such as "Mental Health Nursing," "Long-Term Care Insurance System," and "Community-Based Integrated Care System." There were comments noting that the challenges in the nursing field in Singapore and Japan are very similar.
Additionally, there was a presentation on community activities by the students.
It was very cold on that day, and snow began to fall between classes. Since Singapore has a warm climate year-round, the trainees from Singapore seemed fascinated and were capturing the snow with their cameras. Some of the trainees appeared to be seeing snow for the first time.
午後は、水野記念病院、水野リハビリテーション病院、介護老人保健施設、訪問看護ステーションを見学しました。NYPの学生は日本の看護の現場を間近に見て、多くのことを学びました。
In the afternoon, the group toured Mizuno Memorial Hospital, Mizuno Rehabilitation Hospital, a long-term care health facility for the elderly, and a visiting nurse station.
NYP students learned a lot by observing nursing in Japan on the site.

3月５日（水）
午前中は、地域包括支援センター西新井を訪れました。日本の地域包括支援制度について説明を受けました。
体操やゲームなどもして、研修生は大盛り上がりでした。
On March 5th, in the morning time they visited the Nishiarai Community-Based Integrated Care Center, where they received an explanation about Japan's community-based integrated care system.
They were greatly excited by the explanation, which included exercises and games.
午後は大内病院を訪れ、精神疾患がある方の入院治療や外来診療、地域との関わり方について学びました。
In the afternoon, they visited Ouchi Hospital, where they learned about inpatient treatment and outpatient care for individuals with mental health disorders, as well as how the hospital interacts with the community.
3月６日（木）
午前中は、「メディカルトピア草加病院」へ行きました。
地域における医療・介護サービスの連携、多職種によるチームアプローチについて詳しく学びました。また、実際に病棟を見学しました。
In the morning, they visited the hospital “Medical Topia Soka”.
Participants learned in detail about the coordination of healthcare and nursing services in the community, as well as the team approach involving multiple professionals.
Additionally, they had the opportunity to visit the hospital wards.
午後は、特別養護老人ホーム「千住桜花苑」へ行きました。
ショートステイ、デイサービス、高齢者グループホーム、認知症対応型デイサービスといった現場を実際に見学し、現場の雰囲気を肌で感じることができました。
また、高齢者の方々の前で歌を披露し、温かい拍手と歓声をいただきました。
In the afternoon, they went to the special nursing home "Senju Oukaen."
They had the opportunity to visit various facilities, including short-stay services, day services, elderly group homes, and dementia-friendly day services, where they were able to experience the atmosphere of the workplace firsthand.
Additionally, they performed a song in front of the elderly clients and received warm applause and cheers.
３月７日（金）
最終日は学生の交流会です。
まずは、和太鼓サークルの皆さんに演奏を披露してもらいました。すごい迫力でした。
NYPの学生はお返しに、歌を３曲披露してくれました。
日本に来るのが４回目だというNYPの生徒さんは、日本語で歌を歌ってくれました。
The last day was a student exchange event.
First, the members of the taiko drum club performed for us. It was incredibly powerful.
In return, the NYP students performed three songs.
A student from NYP, who was visiting Japan for the fourth time, sang a song in Japanese.
Afterward, everyone played Japanese games together, and we had a great time, overcoming language and cultural barriers.
最後に、NYPの学生には修了証が手渡されました。
Finally, Each NYP student was handed a certificate of completion.
この研修を通して、ナンヤン理工学院の学生の全員が楽しむことが出来たようで、とても良かったです。本学の学生はいつもナンヤン理工学院の学生の周りにいて、一緒に楽しんでいました。
During this study visit, it seemed that all of NYP students enjoyed themselves, which was really good.
TUS students were always around them and also enjoyed themselves with NYP students.
今後も、ナンヤン理工学院と良好な関係を続けて行けることを切に希望しています。
We do hope that we could keep this good relationship with NYP in the future!
